Intrepid Museum

                                                 The Intrepid    

          The Intrepid is a battle ship that served in World War II. It had carried many airplanes. The Blackbird is one of the names of the airplanes that they carried. It is also one of the kill streaks in COD Black Ops. It was used from 1966 to 1998        

                                         Hangar Deck          

          The hangar deck was used for storing all the ships that could not be stored up top. The deck was needed because it stored ships and was where the workers mainly lived and worked. It was very important to the workers. And was hard for them to get the airplanes to the top to fly them.

                                                  What I Learned

          The ships were stored anywhere that they could fit them. The Intrepid is a massive ship and held many planes. The workers had to  sleep in close quarters and had really small lockers that only could store a few important things.

                                                        Closing

          The Intrepid is one of the most important ships in the United States. You should go to the museum it is really fun for adults and kids. The kids can go on the simulators while the adults can watch the movie.
